I was so proud to hold our first European user conference in London, which brought together more than 500 customers, partners and friends from 23 countries. Over the course of the two days, we held 40 knowledge sessions, 15 workshops and 15 exhibits, and the energy throughout the two days was truly fantastic.
Our founder and CEO Girish Mathrubootham kicked off the conference with his keynote in which he unveiled Freshworks’ new brand identity and brand promise Customer for Life, a huge moment for us as this is going to underpin everything we do as a company moving forward.
I had the chance to interview Mirjam Van Den Berg, VP Customer Operations at Travix, and it was great to learn about the company’s journey to delivering omnichannel support and how it is using the Freshworks suite.

I was blown away by the response to the hands-on workshops that were packed to the rafters for every session, which I believe is a testament to the engaged customer base and passionate product teams at Freshworks.
It was also fascinating to meet and hear ex-England football captain John Terry talk about his experiences in getting to the top of his career, and how he knew the only way to be the best was to over-prepare and always go the extra mile further than everyone else.

Overall, it was an inspiring couple of days, and I already can’t wait for the next edition!
